Before cards were shuffled or tea leaves were read, there were the dice. Astragalomancy, derived from the Greek word astragalos (knucklebone) and manteia (divination), is one of the oldest forms of divination known to humanity.
Archaeological finds suggest that early practitioners used the astragali (knucklebones) of sheep or goats, marked with symbols, to communicate with the divine. In ancient Greece, dice were cast in the temples of Hermes and Athena to seek guidance on matters of state and personal fortune. The Romans carried this tradition forward, consulting the "Sortes" (lots) before major battles.
Across the Silk Road to the East, dice evolved into tools for understanding the cosmic balance of Yin and Yang. The cubic shape itself represents the stability of the earth (four directions, plus up and down), while the roll represents the chaos of the heavens.

Our Divination Methods
The Monad (Single Die)
Represents the self and unity. Based on Pythagorean numerology, the single die cuts through complexity to offer a direct, binary (Yes/No) or singular thematic answer. Best for clarity in moments of confusion.
The Dyad (Two Dice)
Represents duality: light and dark, action and reception. This method interprets the sum of two energies. It is designed to reveal the hidden harmony or conflict in your daily life, offering guidance on how to navigate relationships and choices.
The Triad (Three Dice)
Represents the flow of time. Drawing from the concept of the Norns (Norse fate weavers) or the Moirai (Greek fates), this spread isolates the causal chain of your life: the root (Past), the manifestation (Present), and the potential (Future).
